Mentor a Child:
A mentor is an adult who, along with parents or guardians, provides young people with support, counsel, friendship, reinforcement and constructive example. Mentors are good listeners, people who care, people who want to help young people bring out strengths that are already there. Mentors spend time each week with their matched student for one year. We match mentors with middle and high school students.

Tutor a Student:
Assist students (either one-on-one or in groups) with school assignments or homework. Responsibilities may include conferencing with the teacher and working with our Site Coordinator to best meet the students’ needs. This opportunity requires a weekly commitment.

Support Our Students:
Come help kickoff our Support Our Students campaign with the annual school supplies drive which takes place over the tax free weekend each August. Volunteers are needed to help collect items at each of our bus stops and also to help count, sort and deliver supplies to schools in Cumberland County.
